We're on a mission to make buying and selling safe, simple, and accessible for everyone.
Our Mission
Nexus exists to make peer-to-peer commerce trustworthy for everyone. We believe that buying or selling shouldn't require taking a leap of faith — which is why every step runs on shared order records, reviews from real orders, in-app reporting, and human dispute mediation.
Our Story
Nexus was founded after our team experienced first-hand how frustrating and unsafe informal marketplaces could be. We set out to build a platform where trust is the default — not an afterthought — and we are growing it buyer by buyer, seller by seller.
Our Values
Trust. Every feature we build starts with the question: does this make our users safer? Transparency. Fees, policies, and dispute outcomes are always explained clearly. Community. We grow when our users grow — their success is ours.
Every Nexus legal document lives here — the footer keeps only the five most-used shortcuts.

Our WCAG 2.1 AA goal, known limitations, and how to get an accessible alternative for anything that blocks you. Accessibility →
Regulatory Compliance
Nexus is operated by Nexus Freelancing LLC, organized in Wyoming, United States (registered-agent address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States — not an operating office). We comply with the consumer-protection and e-commerce rules that apply to us. Questions about our compliance posture can be directed to contact@nexus-freelancing.com.
Reports & Appeals (In-App)
The fastest route for anything on-site: use the Report control on the listing, profile, or message, and appeal any account decision from the suspension notice. Both are handled on the record, inside the app.
Email Support
For everything else, write to support@nexus-freelancing.com (general help), billing@nexus-freelancing.com (billing & plans), or contact@nexus-freelancing.com (legal & policy — including your data rights). We don't run a 24/7 line and won't promise a fixed response time — but every message is answered.
Phone
Call (307) 448-3393. If we can't pick up, leave a message with your account email and the best time to call back — email remains the fastest channel.
