These Rules are the conduct baseline for every account on Nexus — buyers, sellers, and browsers alike. They are part of the Terms of Service and are enforced by moderation (reports, review, account actions). Breaking them can cost you listings, standing, or your account. The operator is Nexus Freelancing LLC (Wyoming, United States).
The following may not be listed, offered, requested, or delivered on Nexus — in any category, by anyone:
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask before listing: contact@nexus-freelancing.com. Moderation may reject or remove anything in this list on sight — repeated or serious violations terminate the account.
Most Nexus transactions are services, but physical goods are allowed. Because Nexus never touches the goods or the payment, the seller alone is responsible for the physical side — and the listing must disclose it upfront:
Buyers pay sellers directly; Nexus never touches marketplace money. That makes these rules safety-critical, not bureaucratic:
How to report. Use the report control (⚑) on the listing, profile, review, or message concerned. Reports go into a moderation queue and are assessed against the in-app record. Knowingly false or abusive reporting is itself a violation.
Enforcement ladder. Depending on severity and history: content removal → warning → restriction of features → suspension (server-side, immediate) → termination. Fraud, scams, and serious illegality skip the early rungs. Moderation decisions come with a statement of reasons, and you can appeal any of them from the account notice for at least 6 months — appeals are reviewed by a different person.
Enforcement can reach in-progress transactions: a suspended seller keeps their existing obligations to buyers, and the order record is preserved for dispute review (see Terms, section 8).
