Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Nexus Freelancing LLC wants Nexus to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. This statement says what we commit to, where we know there are gaps, and how to reach us about accessibility.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA as the target standard for the Service. That is an ongoing goal we build toward — not a certification, and we do not claim full conformance.
What that means in practice as we build:
- Text and controls should work with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom.
- Meaning should not depend on color alone, and interactive states (errors, selections) should have more than a color cue.
- Forms should have labels and clear error messages.
2. Known Limitations
Some parts of the Service may not yet meet the target — for example, third-party components such as map providers and payment checkout are governed by their own accessibility conformances. User-generated content (listing images, profiles) may also lack text alternatives; sellers are encouraged to write descriptive listing text.
3. Alternatives & Help
If any part of the Service is not accessible to you, the underlying action is almost always available another way: every document is a plain HTML page, and anything transactional (orders, disputes, cancellations, data requests) can be handled for you by support email. Tell us what is blocking you and we will help you complete it directly — and treat the underlying barrier as a defect to fix.
4. Contact
Report an accessibility problem or ask for an accessible alternative: contact@nexus-freelancing.com (subject “Accessibility” helps us route it), or call (307) 448-3393. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use — that combination is what lets us reproduce and fix issues.
