The fastest route depends on what you need. In-app tools go straight onto the record; for everything else, email us and we will reply as soon as we can — we do not run a 24/7 line or promise a fixed response time yet.
- General help — your account, an order, a dispute — email support@nexus-freelancing.com from your account email. Nexus settles buyers and sellers directly, so a payment to another user is between you and them; we cannot move those funds.
- Billing, your plan, an invoice, or a subscription refund — email billing@nexus-freelancing.com from your account email. You can also see the plan on file, the renewal date, and the cancel / change / reactivate actions yourself in Account & Billing.
- Your data rights (access, export, correction, deletion) — email contact@nexus-freelancing.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Requests are answered within one month, per the Privacy Policy.
- Legal, policy, and intellectual-property matters — email contact@nexus-freelancing.com (for IP notices, follow the format in the Copyright & IP Policy).
- Ideas and product feedback — email feedback@nexus-freelancing.com.
- Phone — (307) 448-3393. If we can't pick up, leave a message with your account email and the best time to call back — email stays the fastest channel for anything account- or order-specific.
- A suspended account — appeal from the suspension notice. The appeal and the moderator's decision are both kept on the record, and appeals are reviewed by a different person from the original decision.
- A listing, review or profile that breaks the rules — use the report control on that page. Reports go to the moderation queue, where they are triaged against the item, not against a screenshot in an email.
- How the marketplace works — start with selling on Nexus, buying on Nexus, or the full guide, and read the terms and refund policy before opening a dispute.
Reports and appeals are reviewed by an admin; the audit log records who decided and when.
