Create your Seller Account
Sign up or log in and navigate to My Account â Become a Seller. Fill in your display name, contact details, and preferred payout method. Verification takes under 24 hours.
List Your Item
Click + New Listing from your dashboard. Add a title, clear photos (up to 10), a detailed description, your asking price, and the item's condition. Strong listings with good photos sell up to 3Ã faster.
Manage Enquiries & Offers
Buyers can message you or submit an offer. Respond promptly â your response rate is displayed on your profile. You can accept, counter, or decline any offer directly from your inbox.
Complete the Sale
Once a buyer confirms, you'll receive a sale notification. Arrange handover or shipping within the agreed timeframe. Mark the item as sold and confirm delivery to release payment from escrow.
Get Paid
Funds are released to your Nexus wallet within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Withdraw to your bank or mobile money at any time with no minimum threshold.

Verified Buyer Badges
Every buyer on Nexus must complete identity verification before making a purchase. Look for the blue Verified badge on a buyer's profile before accepting an offer.
Escrow Payment Protection
Payment is held in secure escrow the moment a buyer confirms. You'll never hand over an item without guaranteed funds in place â no exceptions.
Secure Handover Options
Use one of our designated Nexus Safe Exchange Points for in-person meetups, or choose an insured courier partner for remote delivery. Both options are covered by our Seller Guarantee.
Report & Block
Spotted suspicious behaviour? Use the Report button on any message or profile. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 12 hours and you can block any user instantly.
Dispute Resolution
If a buyer raises an unfair dispute, our mediation team steps in. Sellers who follow our listing and handover guidelines are protected and will not lose funds without a full review.
