How to Sell
Create your Seller Account
Sign up or log in and navigate to My Account → Become a Seller. Choose a subscription plan — no payout setup required. Verification takes under 24 hours.
List Your Item
Click + New Listing from your dashboard. Add a title, clear photos (up to 10), a detailed description, your asking price, and the item's condition. Strong listings with good photos sell up to 3× faster.
Manage Enquiries & Offers
Buyers can message you or submit an offer. Respond promptly — your response rate is displayed on your profile. You can accept, counter, or decline any offer directly from your inbox.
Accept Orders & Complete Work
When a buyer orders, you have 24–72 hours to accept or decline. Once accepted, complete the work and mark it done. Payments are settled directly between you and the buyer.
Track Earnings
Completed bookings are recorded in your earnings. Nexus does not hold or transfer funds — earnings reflect jobs completed, paid directly by the buyer.
Seller Safety Protocols
Verified Buyer Badges
Every buyer on Nexus must complete identity verification before making a purchase. Look for the blue Verified badge on a buyer's profile before accepting an offer.
Direct Settlement
Nexus is subscription-only. Buyers and sellers settle payments directly between themselves. Nexus does not hold, escrow, or disburse funds — your subscription gives you access to the marketplace.
Secure Handover Options
Use one of our designated Nexus Safe Exchange Points for in-person meetups, or choose an insured courier partner for remote delivery. Both options are covered by our Seller Guarantee.
Report & Block
Spotted suspicious behaviour? Use the Report button on any message or profile. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 12 hours and you can block any user instantly.
Dispute Resolution
If a buyer raises an issue, our mediation team steps in. Sellers who follow our listing and handover guidelines are protected.
